Too many weight loss programs focus on measuring and calculating all of your food, tracking every single calorie, or weighing yourself each and every morning.  But here’s the truth: Your body doesn’t understand numbers!  Your body doesn’t care if you ate precisely 30 grams of protein precisely 20 minutes after your workout.  It cares if it is getting adequate rest, nutrition, and exercise.  So don’t overcomplicate things.

 

Today Matt and John are discussing an alternative to these types of rigid and outdated weight loss approaches.  Enjoy!

As we discussed last week on the show, the basics of fat loss are the same for everyone and should form the foundation of everyone’s approach.  But today John is sharing 9 unorthodox add-on techniques that may help you to jump start your body composition changes. 

It is important to keep in mind that not all of these tips will work for every person.  That’s ok.  If you try one of these “out of the box” tips for 30 days and don’t see any noticeable changes, just let it go and continue with the basics.  But hopefully you can incorporate a few that will rev up your fat loss into high gear.  Enjoy!
